  • 50ml Penderyn Sherrywood Buy now
  • 2 bar spoons of mulled wine reduction syrup 
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • Dash of aromatic bitter

The Method

Stir all ingredients with ice (like an old fashioned) using a cinnamon stick.  When the termerature and right dilution within the drink is achieved, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.


With the wonderful spiciness of mulled wine combined with the sweetness of the sherrywood finish Penderyn, this is a perfect cocktail for the Christmas season.
