• 25ml Brecon Gin Buy now
• 25ml blackberry liqueur
• 25ml lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon caster sugar

The Method

Pour all the above ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a highball glass half filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with fresh blackberries.
