• 25ml Brecon Gin Buy now
• 6 1/2ml lemon juice
• 1 sugar lump
• 1 bottle chilled Champagne

The Method

Shake gin, lemon juice, and ice. Strain into a Champagne flute, add sugar lump. Top with champagne and a long twist of lemon.
