• 40ml of Penderyn sherrywood Buy now
• 4 fresh Plum slices
• 1 lemon wedge
  
• 10ml of Cherry heering liquer

The Method

Muddle first 4 ingredients in a mixing glass. Add the Penderyn, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.
