Tea Time

  • 50ml Penderyn Madeira Buy now
  • 20ml Jasmine Tea syrup 
  • 10ml lemon juice 
  • 7 black grapes

The Method

Muddle the grapes and then pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice cubes.  Strain the mixture into a Martini glass, to leave behind any grape skins. Garnish with two grapes.
