  • 50ml of Penderyn Madeira Buy now
  • 50ml Apple Juice
  • Muddle fresh mint
  • 2.5ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 12.5 ml of Lemon Juice

The Method

Put all ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake well.  Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with ground black pepper
