- 50ml of Penderyn Madeira Buy now
- 50ml Apple Juice
- Muddle fresh mint
- 2.5ml Elderflower Cordial
- 12.5 ml of Lemon Juice
Put all ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake well. Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with ground black pepper
