Penderyn Distillery will release the third in the series ‘Icons of Wales' towards the end of April 2014 which will be a new Single Malt, specially created to celebrate the centenary of the birth of the famed Welsh writer, poet and broadcaster ‘Dylan Thomas'.
Two new pot-stills and the mash tun have arrived at the distillery to mark the proper start of the second phase of our expansion in less than 12 months.

Pauline Williams, who became one of the first members of the Penderyn team when she joined in 2000, is retiring, having worked at the distillery since it first opened its doors 13 years ago. Technically an administrator, Pauline has been involved in almost everything at the distillery, from bookkeeping to looking after customers and everything in between.
