The Bodnant Welsh Food Centre
is passionate about Traditional Welsh food and takes every opportunity to bring you delicious produce available from their estate and also from carefully selected local producers.
Located at Furnace Farm, in the stunning surroundings of the Conwy Valley, the 18th century buildings have been lovingly restored to provide an excellent venue.
On Saturday 2nd March from 6:30 pm onwards they will be holding a Penderyn Tasting Evening when you will be able to enjoy a welcome drink whilst watching their head chef, Stuart Russell, demonstrate how to prepare some of the delicious meals you will be served this evening.
The demonstration by Stuart is followed by a talk given by Alun Evans, a Founder Director of Welsh Whisky, and Laura Davies, Distiller. Alun and Laura will take you on an exploration of the world of Penderyn whilst you enjoy a specially selected menu that encompasses some of our award winning Penderyn range.
