The award-winning Brecon Five Vodka is produced in small batches at the Penderyn Distillery in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Purity is the secret of great vodka and ours is hand-crafted using only the finest five-column distilled grain spirit. This is combined with the purest water and barley spirit from our own unique copper-pot still. The water is drawn from directly below the distillery where it is filtered through 340 million year old rock formations imparting incredible purity and taste.

10,000 years ago the last ice age ended. The ice floes covering Northern Europe stopped where the Penderyn Distillery lies today. The Ice Man logo and clear bottle of icicle frosting perfectly encapsulates this phenomenon.

Added to our passion and experience producing some of the finest spirits in the world and the result is a stunningly pure and natural vodka which can be drunk neat – with ice – or will enhance any mixer.

Five represents "distilled five times for purity", each step leaving the vodka smoother, softer and more refined.  Its purity is complimented with nuances of fresh fruits and boiled sweets in a flavour that is exclusive to Five.  Once swallowed these leave a refreshingly clean and slightly sweet aftertaste. 

In a mixer Five never dominates but never disappears either; instead its fruitiness compliments all mixers and its presence is always felt, however subtle.
