- 50ml Penderyn Buy now
- 12 1/2 ml sugar
- 1 double espresso
- Fresh cream
The Method
Add the sugar to Penderyn and warm. Pour into tall glass and add espresso. Shake the cream well and add to the glass, floating on top.
