Penderyn celebrates two design awards in seven days!

Penderyn architects, David Archer Architects Ltd have been awarded the Artichtect of the Year award for the "interiors" category and the prize was won with specific reference to the Penderyn Visitor Centre project.

The awards are sponsored by the Building Design Magazine and covers categories such as housing, education, business etc. and the award was presented to David at the Hilton Hotel London last Thursday.

MD Stephen Davies said "David has created a contemporary and very classy looking visitor experience especially in our tasting bar, giving our guests the ideal environment to nose and taste our premium spirits.

Design Awards Cardiff

Penderyn Distillery also picked up an award for branding at the Cardiff Design Awards at the end of last month. The award references to the superb Penderyn design created by Glenn Tutssel and the hard work of the Penderyn Team most notably, Sian Whitelock.

The award was presented to Sian and Glenn at a dinner held at Grand Recycled Ballroom in Bute Street, Cardiff.
