These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Welsh Whisky Company Limited ("Welsh Whisky") website. By using the website you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms. Welsh Whisky may change the Terms at any time by putting amended Terms on the website. If you do not accept these Terms please do not use this website.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that the products you purchase via this web site are exclusively for your personal use, and are not for resale.
Payment and title
All purchases remain the property of Welsh Whisky until paid for in full. Payment must be received in full together with the delivery charge and VAT (where applicable) before the items are dispatched to you.
Delivery
We expect to deliver within 2 working days to the UK Mainland. Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK National holidays. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order. Most deliveries will need a signature. If you are not at home during the day and would like your order to be delivered to an alternative address, please enter these details in the "shipping section" of Proceed to Check-Out. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery a card will be left to inform you of when they intend to re-attempt delivery. If you are not in on the second attempt you will need to contact the courier. You will also be given the opportunity to collect the parcel from your local depot if that is more convenient. If you change your delivery address after your order has been processed extra costs will be incurred for re-direction (charged by the carriers).
We will endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period, however we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items in circumstances out with our control including but not limited to delay caused by the carrier, customs or whatever. Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 28 days, please contact us.
Receipt of goods
Delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. Please accept the delivery - DO NOT refuse it - sign the delivery note "Breakage" and contact us immediately.
Returns
Upon receipt of the goods, if you believe that the items do not conform substantially to their corresponding description you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the goods after this period you will have accepted the items. We will refund your money within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us in good condition.
If any products are faulty or damaged upon delivery we require that you tell us within seven days of receipt of the products. After this period you will have accepted the items. We will either replace them free of charge or refund your money including the cost of delivery, within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us within suitable packaging to prevent further damage.
